Dear Visitor and Friend,

As I have said it already,
these pages have been written a long time ago.

Things have changed!
Links might be broken, ...
texts or events I refer to are "history" nowadays, ...
some of the mentioned persons are a bit (or totally) “outdated”,  ...
France has a new president, ...
the socialist party is in pieces, ...
the Euro replaced the French Franc, ...
my son has become a man, ...
the global warming is no longer just a theory, ...
the States got rid of Bush and have Obama, ...
and so on.

But … “tout compte fait” and “grosso modo”
nothing has changed too much:
France and the French are still the same!

Most of the pages are taken out of their original context for the moment and the "transitions" might surprise. The whole thing begun long time ago (as I said already) with a "multicultural" discussion between friends about France. I'm simply too lazy to refurbish everything "tout de suite"!
You must take it as it is for the time being, sorry!

PS:  I also have put back the pages "Do's and Don'ts in France",  “French resources on the Web”, “About Second Language Learning”,” Learning Modalities, Styles and Strategies”, “Assessment of learning style preferences”
Just one word more : Please help me to fix broken links, and give me also those you found interesting and where you think they could be interesting for all of us!
Thank you!
